Leeds, Utah: Leeds is located at the base of Pine Valley Mountain about 121 miles northeast of the city of Las Vegas and about 272 miles north of Phoenix. According to an estimate by the U.S. Census Bureau in 2000, the median family income of families living in Leeds was $42,500. During this time, approximately 82 percent of housing in Leeds was occupied by its owners. Much of Leeds real estate is used seasonally or for vacation purposes.
